THESS-INTEC Thessaloniki Technology Park

The Architectural Design Company MAKRIDIS ASSOCIATES undertook the preliminary design of Thess-INTEC technology park in an area of ab. 700 acres close to the Airport Macedonia of Thessaloniki.

MAKRIDIS ASSOCIATES Company instructed D. BOZIS to undertake the MEP preliminary design of the project and conduct an Energy Analysis for it. The study included among others, proposals and instructions on Water Management, proposals for the MEP installations’ layout and analysis of different power production scenarios. The predesign submitted to “Thessaloniki Technology Park / MDC S.A.” in 2017.
