Operation of Ikos Kissamos in Crete.
IKOS KISSAMOS, the new five-star resort of Ikos Resorts in Western Crete, featuring 414 rooms and suites, welcomed its first guests on May 1st, 2026, marking a significant addition to Greece’s tourism landscape. SKEMMA ENGINEERS delivered the Mechanical & Electrical design studies for the project, while also providing design support services during the construction phase.
