Reconstruction of hotel complex in Chalkidiki.

Reconstruction of an existing hotel complex in N. Moudania – Chalkidiki. It is a 5-star, 970-beds resort.

MEP Engineering Design was carried out in four phases in the period 2014-2017. It included among others full reconstruction of all building services in accommodation areas, two new restaurants, reconstruction of spa area and air to water heat pumps for swimming pools’ heating. During the construction, the designers carried out supervision tasks.
