Sani Club Chalkidiki

Reconstruction of the existing buildings and construction of new buildings in the existing 5-stars 450-beds complex in in SANI RESORT, executed in three phases.

MEP Engineering Design was carried out in three phases in the period 2015-2017. It included among others full reconstruction of all building services in accommodation areas, new restaurants, outdoor pools and an indoor pool. During the construction, the designers carried out supervision tasks.
