Sani Dunes Hotel

Construction of a new hotel in SANI Resort – Chalkidiki. It is a 5-star, 420-bed complex, with sixteen two-story accommodation buildings, a main building with lobby, bars, three restaurants, a spa area, an indoor pool and outdoor pools.

MEP Engineering Design was carried out included among others, reuse of treated effluent for toilet flash and irrigation, air to water heat pumps for swimming pool heating, four-pipe heat pumps for air conditioning and use of recovered heat for domestic hot water production. During the construction, the designers carried out supervision tasks.

The complex has been announced “Best Hospitality Design Hotel” at the “Connoisseur Circle Hospitality Awards 2019”.
