Renovation of SANI ASTERIAS

The renovation of the SANI ASTERIAS hotel complex includes electromechanical works for ten independent accommodation buildings and the main building.

The reconstruction of the complex also involves the implementation of technical solutions and the installation of systems and equipment for water and energy conservation. The buildings will be classified in Energy Class A or higher according to the Greek Energy Performance Regulation (KENAK). Additionally, the entire renovation project will be integrated into the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification system of the U.S. Green Building Council, targeting the SILVER level or higher.
