Ikos Olivia Resort

Reconstruction of an existing hotel complex in Gerakini – Chalkidiki, to establish a 5-star, 940-beds resort, with one five-story building, bungalows, a spa complex, five restaurants, an outdoor theater, sports grounds swimming pools.

MEP Engineering Design included among others, waste water treatment plant with microfiltration, reuse of treated effluents for irrigation purposes and toilet flash, air to water heat pumps for swimming pool heating, and use of recovered heat from HVAC systems’ operation to produce domestic hot water, in parallel with high temperature air to water heat pumps. During the construction, the designers carried out supervising tasks.
