The company TEMES commissioned SKEMMA ENGINEERS to carry out the preliminary MEP study of the project and conduct an energy analysis. The study included proposals for energy optimization, aiming to reduce the contribution of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) combustion and further improve the energy footprint by at least 30%.

Specifically, the scope included:
  • Investigation of the key parameters of the existing central heating and cooling production and distribution system, which serves for space heating and cooling, domestic hot water production, and pool heating.
  • Preparation of proposals to replace LPG combustion (operation of boilers with LPG burners) to the greatest possible extent and the use of alternative technologies that maximize the utilization of renewable energy sources.
  • Calculations of energy flows and air pollutant emissions before and after implementing the proposals.
  • Estimates of the budget for the implementation works of the proposals.
