Cash processing and distribution centre in Pylaia – Thessaloniki.

A building of approximately 6,000 m2 on a plot of 21 acres in Pylaia, Thessaloniki, to host the Bank’s Vault and the Cash Processing and Distribution Central Services in Northern Greece. The engineering design and the preparation of the tender documents were carried out under the supervision of the technical services of the bank’s administration. The construction works were carried out in the period 2007–2009.

MEP design faced out special issues such as indoor air quality and the building’s security systems. During the construction, the designers carried out oversight tasks.
