The renovation of the Ace Hotel in Glyfada involves the refurbishment of a luxury 5-star hotel with a total area of 8,000 m². The study includes the complete renewal of building and mechanical installations. The restoration will incorporate new infrastructure for heating, air conditioning, lighting, and water supply, as well as upgrades to common areas and rooms, ensuring maximum energy efficiency and the use of sustainable technologies.
