Our workspace

…we enjoy a comfortable and modern environment

We work in a safe setting where hygiene standards and thermal, visual, and acoustic comfort are excellent throughout. Our workspace is comfortable and inviting, equipped with the most advanced networking and telecommunications infrastructure that facilitates communication and encourages collaboration. Additionally, we ensure that our offices and company operations have the lowest possible energy footprint by implementing environmental management in accordance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard.

…the quality of our indoor air is excellent

Our office ventilation and air exchange are mechanically managed through specialized units. Each unit features two fans—one for supplying air to the spaces and another for extracting air—along with air filters and a heat exchanger. The air supply and extraction rates are adjusted to maintain high indoor air quality as measured by CO₂ sensors. This approach ensures that the indoor air quality is consistently maintained at the highest level while using minimal energy.

…we do not burn fossil fuels

The cooling and heating of our office spaces are carried out exclusively with electric-powered equipment. We use VRF-type heat pump systems with recovery capabilities that cool the spaces during summer and heat them in winter. A high-temperature heat pump unit, integrated into the VRF system, produces domestic hot water via a storage tank equipped with an integrated heat exchanger. This setup contributes to winter heating by supplying the perimeter heating panels with hot water, ensuring excellent thermal comfort in an energy-efficient manner. Moreover, as the country’s electric energy becomes progressively cleaner with increasing renewable penetration, these systems yield the lowest possible greenhouse gas emissions.

…we control the lighting

For lighting our offices, we have installed high-efficiency luminaires equipped with LED bulbs. A significant portion of our lighting needs is met by natural light entering through the building’s perimeter openings. We have also implemented lighting control systems that adjust artificial lighting based on real-time levels of natural light. This ensures that the lighting levels in our workspaces remain optimal while keeping energy consumption to a minimum. In auxiliary areas, lighting is managed by occupancy sensors.

…we manage energy as a valuable resource

We measure the energy consumption for heating, cooling, and lighting our offices—and for other uses—integrating and recording data every 5 minutes. These measurements help us evaluate the energy flows by usage and estimate the associated pollutant emissions. They also support decision-making for enhancing system efficiency, planning our operations, and managing both financial and environmental aspects, all in accordance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard.
