Functional and aesthetic upgrade of the building at the former Rigas Feraios school site
The project involves the renovation of the former primary school “Rigas Feraios” to accommodate the needs of the American College of Thessaloniki (ACT). The complete renovation and energy upgrade of the building and its surrounding area includes its full functional, constructional, and morphological modernization to meet the requirements of a modern sustainable educational building.
The electromechanical study includes air conditioning, lighting, electrical power, and water supply systems, as well as energy upgrades through modern technologies to improve the building's energy efficiency.
