Renovation of the 9th floor of the Holiday Inn hotel in Thessaloniki

Preparation of the MEP studies for the complete renovation of the 9th floor of the Holiday Inn hotel in Thessaloniki. The studies focused on the vertical expansion (roof) section of the hotel, covering a total area of approximately 700 m², which includes a restaurant, kitchen, indoor pool, WC, and other common areas.
