The press has published the information on the grant of land by the HELLENIC REPUBLIC ASSET DEVELOPMENT FUND for the creation of the first Technology Park in Greece, Thess-INTEC.

It is the first park of its kind in Greece, aspiring to offer “the co-ordination of research teams with industrial and business partners from Greece and abroad with the aim of creating innovative cutting-edge products and services”. The area to be installed is in Peraia, Thessaloniki.

Our partner D. BOZIS, assisted the architectural firm “MAKRIDIS ASSOCIATES” http://www.makridisassociates.com/ in the preparation of the preliminary design of Thess-INTEC, with the processing and analysis of the proposal’s energy data, the preparation of the preliminary design a study of the park’s Mechanical – Electrical and Plumbing Installations and a budget estimate of the respective projects.
