The design of building services in all accommodation projects successfully met the requirements for full compliance with the architectural design. Freshwater and Wastewater management raised specific issues in most projects. In each case, energy-saving techniques were introduced, and energy efficient equipment and systems were integrated. Renewable energy technologies were used in most of the projects.
