Dimitris Bozis

He is a graduate of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (1979-1985). He holds a Ph.D. in the same department, with a dissertation submitted to the Energy Sector in the field of designing shallow geothermal heat pump systems. During the period 1986 – 1992 he worked as a research fellow in the Energy Division of the Department. His work was mainly related to the thermal performance of buildings and to the active solar systems. He taught for four semesters exercises of the “Heating” course in the 8th semester ‘s students of the department. Since 1992 he has been working exclusively as a designer of MEP installations in projects of the construction sector. His area of expertise is Energy Saving in Buildings, design of HVAC systems and analysis of their energy behavior, Shallow Geothermal Heat Pump systems and Combined Heat and Power systems. He has a significant number of publications in Greek and international technical journals and conferences. He is a lecturer at seminars, workshops and courses for engineers. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, a member of the audit committee of the Greek Institute of Solar Engineering and a member of ASHRAE.

Anestis Christoforidis

He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering Department of Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (1979-1985). During the period 1986-1992 he worked as a Research Fellow with Scholarship by the Greek State Foundation at Process Equipment Design Laboratory of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His work was mainly related to the Thermal Performance of Buildings and to Active Thermal Solar Systems. He taught for four semesters exercises of “Cooling, Air-Conditioning” course in the 8th semester ‘s students of the Department. Since 1986 he has been working as a professional designer of MEP installations. He has many years of experience in the field of designing MEP and RES installations. He has been involved in a variety of activities including research, engineering and management and has experience in project management and team leadership in a number of European and National projects. He is registered professional engineer for MEP and Energy studies in projects of Public Sector. He is qualified Energy Certification Assessor permanently registered in Greek Registry for Energy Inspectors (2011), Energy Auditors (2017). He has been designated as an Assessor for Energy (ISO 50001), Environmental (ISO 14001) and Health & Safety (OHSAS 18001) management systems by the National Accreditation Body of Greece (ESYD). He is an independent expert for the evaluation process of proposals and ongoing European projects for many years. He is a lecturer in seminars, workshops and training courses for engineers. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and member of ASHRAE.

Panagiotis Kikidis

He graduated from the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1977. He has worked in the industrial sector, as well as in the School of Mechanical Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki as a Scientific Collaborator, and since 1981, he has been working as a freelance consultant. He is also the founder of “Panagiotis Kikidis and Associates LP” consulting firm. In his years active in the firm, he has studied, designed and supervised the Mechanical and Electrical Installations of significant public and private Projects. He is registered in the Registry of Designers of the Ministry of the Environment and Public Works with a C Degree in the category Mechanical–Electrical–Electronic Studies (category 9). He has extensive teaching experience in courses and seminars related to Mechanical and Electrical Installations and, particularly, in Heating and Air-Conditioning Applications. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, of the Greek Institute of Solar Engineering and of ASHRAE.

George Hatzisavvas

He is a Graduate of the Mechanical Engineer Department of the Polytechnic School, at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), with Senior Thesis in the Laboratory of Machine Elements and Machine Design. During the period of his military service, while serving at the Department of Military Projects of the 3rd Army Corps, he had the chance of participating in the design of MEP installations for various military constructions and buildings. Ever since 1990 he has been working in the private sector exclusively in the field of consulting and design of MEP installations, gaining valuable experience both in design and supervision of installations at numerous projects. He developed expertise in high capacity Fire-Fighting networks and installations (in compliance to CEA4001, EN12845, NFPA13), as well as all MEP installations design, such as HVAC, Electrical, Sub-stations etc.

Spyridon Xanthopoulos

He has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Since 1994 he is a freelance professional with experience in the study – supervision of electromechanical installations, energy studies (energy saving, RES) for private and public works and energy technologies. He is a registered Member of the Designer Engineers Registry for projects financed by the State for MEP installations (Grade C’) and RES installations (Grade B’). He is a registered Building Energy Inspector and Energy Auditor. He has been a lecturer in training seminars for engineers on the preparation of energy inspections of buildings and air conditioning installations. He has collaborated twice (2) times with the National Institute of Rural Research (ETH.AG.E.) on the preparation of energy studies and studies of MEP installations for the exploitation of geothermal fields.

Dimitris Gkoutzamanis

He is a Graduate of Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has more than 15 years of experience in the design and inspection of MEP and RES installations and other energy studies. He is a registered Member of the Designer Engineers Registry for projects financed by the State for MEP installations (Grade B’) and RES installations (Grade A’). He is a registered Building Energy Inspector and Energy Auditor. He is a NATO Power Consultant for Electrical Works and has a NATO SECRET Clearance. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, a member of IEEE and a certified tutor of educational seminars for engineers on energy inspections and PV installations and educational seminars on CAD design.

Kornilia Deni

She is a graduate of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Polytechnic School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, since 2003. She has a MSc degree in “Environmental Planning of Infrastructure Works” from the Hellenic Open University, since 2011. She has a 15 years’ experience in MEP installations studies and mainly in the mechanical installations of buildings, landscape, infrastructure and the energy studies.

Dimitris Iliadis

He is a graduate of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Polytechnic School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, since 2001. He has a MA degree in “Lighting Design and Multimedia” from the Hellenic Open University. He has a 15 years’ experience in MEP installations studies and mainly in lighting design as well as the electrical installations of buildings, landscape and infrastructure.

 

Stella Palpana

She is a Mechanical Engineer, graduate of Mechanical Engineering of the Polytechnic School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, since 1995. She has a vast experience in MEP installations studies of all categories.

 

Vicky Kikidou

She is a graduate of the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Polytechnic School of University of Thessaly. She has a MSc degree in “Energy Building Design” from the Hellenic Open University. She has a vast experience in MEP installations studies and mainly in the mechanical installations of buildings, landscape and the energy studies
